IMD heat press machine (hydraulic type) is mainly used for the sheet materials forming process for PET of mobile phone protective covers, air conditioners, and washing machine panels. It adopts hydraulic drive with stable pressure. The heating device adopts carbon fiber heating tube, which has the characteristics of high heating efficiency, fast heating speed and long service life.

IMD, also known as In Mold Decoration. The IMD heat press machine is a professional equipment developed for the IMD industry (in mold decoration inlay injection molding technology) and the molding of membrane, PET, PVC and other sheet materials. It uses far infrared radiation to evenly heat the sheet materials. It adopts the principle of carbon tube heating, and then goes through a constant temperature device to soften the sheet material. The cylinder pressure causes it to form instantly.

3. The heating system adopts Japanese pid intelligent digital display temperature controller.

4. Preheating and holding time can be preset according to different requirements of products.

6. 1-20mpa liquid pressure is used as the power source instead of compressed air. Because the compressibility of hydraulic pressure is almost zero, the stability of speed and pressure is much higher than that of ordinary IMD forming machine.

7. The capacity of the machine is optional at 5-50tf (ton force), which is not achievable by ordinary compressed air IMD molding machines.

8. The machine controls the voltage of the heating body (reduce its power supply voltage when it is close to the set temperature to ensure that the heating tube is in a long-term lighting state and prolong its service life). The displayed temperature and the actual temperature are controlled within ±1℃.

9. IMD hot press forming machine can be used for forming and punching as long as the mold is replaced.
