Air Hydraulic Press（Hot Press）

Scope of application:
1. This series of hot press is widely used in hot stamping of concave convex surfaces
of various membrane switches such as PC, PVC and PET.
2. Thermal bonding of various electronic insulation products, hot press forming of
flexible circuit board, etc.
3. Thermal shaping of all kinds of electrical accessories, forming of EVA concave
convex, bronzing and embossing of logo font, etc.
4. One machine can serve several purposes. It is suitable for precision die cutting
and molding of PVC, PC, PET, packaging paper products, etc.

Product features:
1. It adopts four columns and three beams structure, the movable plate is parallel
to the worktable. It is controlled by four axis precision linear self-lubricating guide
sleeve with high vertical precision.
2. Imported high-quality hydraulic components and electrical components are
adopted, which has the characteristics of low noise, high performance and stable
operation.
3. The temperature of the upper and lower heating plates is controlled by separate
switches, and the intelligent temperature controller is adopted with the temperature
difference of ±1℃.
4. The adjustable oil cylinder is adopted. The hard limit positioning descent stroke,
and the accuracy of stroke can reach 0.01mm.
5. Two handed operation, pressure, stroke and opening can be adjusted with
emergency stop and inching functions. Optional infrared safety light curtain
protection device and three side sealing guards, which are safe and efficient.
6. Non standard design customization: Press height, stroke, worktable size and lower
worktable telescopic sliding table can be customized according to customer needs. It
can be equipped with cooling system, pressure maintaining function, pressure relay,
force measuring display, PLC man-machine interface, etc.
