Four Post Hydraulic Press (Sliding Table)

Scope of application:
1. Precision die cutting and half cutting of PVC, PC, PE and other sheets.
2. Non woven fabrics, paper products, packaging boxes, blisters punching and
forming, etc.
3. Cutting of EVA, foam cotton, rubber and plastic silicone products, etc.
4. Metal and non-metal parts assembly, riveting, punching, forming, etc.
5. It is especially suitable for cutting and forming wood board knife die.

Product features:

1. It adopts four columns and three beams structure, and the movable plate is parallel
to the worktable with high precision. It is controlled by four axis precision linear selflubricating guide sleeve, and the balance accuracy is within ±0.03 mm.
2. It adopts linear guide rail sliding table device, which has stable sliding and high
precision.
3. Imported high-quality hydraulic components and electrical components are adopted,
which has the characteristics of low noise, high performance and stable operation.
4. The operation of the machine is simple. The pressure, stroke and closing height can
be adjusted according to the pressing process requirements.
5. PLC control system is adopted. It uses two handed operation, including emergency
stop and inching functions. Infrared safety light curtain protection device is optional,
safe and efficient.
6. The opening height, stroke and worktable size of the press can be customized
according to the process needs of customers.
