Hydraulic Hot Press Machine is a kind of machine with liquid as the working medium, which uses liquid static pressure to transfer energy for realizing various processes. A four post hydraulic presses is composed of four columns. The upper and lower beams form the frame of the hydraulic press, which is usually used to accomplish pressing processes and press molding processes.

1. This series of fast hydraulic hot press is suitable for precise fitting of electronic products and hot pressing of composites.
2. Shaping of metal products, radiator, heat pipe and flattening of copper pipe , etc.
3. All kinds of PC, PVC, PET and thermoforming of other membrane switch concave convex surface.
4. Molding of EVA concave convex and bronzing and embossing of logo font, etc.
Product features:
1. The hydraulic circuit of fast double piston oil cylinder is adopted with low oil temperature, fast speed and stable operation. Pneumatic or hydraulic driving device
can be selected for the stroke of sliding table.
2. It adopts four columns and three beams structure, the movable plate is parallel to the worktable. It is controlled by four axis precision linear self-lubricating guide
sleeve with high vertical precision.
3. Imported high-quality hydraulic components and electrical components are adopted, which has the characteristics of low noise, high performance and long service life.
4. The temperature of the upper and lower heating plates is controlled by separate switches, and the intelligent temperature controller is adopted with the temperature difference of ±1℃.
5. The operation of the machine is simple. The pressure, stroke and closing height can be adjusted according to the pressing process requirements.
6. PLC control system is adopted. It uses two handed operation, including emergency stop and inching functions. Sheet metal guard and infrared safety light curtain protection device are optional, safe and efficient.
7. The opening height, stroke and worktable size of the press can be customized according to the process needs of customers.
8. Non standard design customization: intelligent equipments such as multi station rotary table device, cylinder jacking device, material receiving device, side cylinder sliding table expansion device. It can be equipped with cooling system, pressure maintaining function, pressure relay, force measuring display, PLC man-machine interface, etc.
